We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Business Development & Account Executive with a focus on the US market to join our growing sales team. In this hybrid role based in Panaji, Porvorim, India, you will play a crucial part in driving our business expansion efforts and developing strategic accounts. Manage and grow key client accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies tailored for the US market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage client interactions efficiently.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Demonstrated success in strategic account management.
Strong client relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategy development.
Experience with CRM software for sales management.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques.

This is a hybrid position, allowing for a blend of remote and office work in Panaji, Porvorim, India. We support relocation for the right candidate.
The salary for this position is competitive, with a range of up to INR 30,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
Variable Pay (Incentives): An aggressive, performance-based commission structure with exceptional OTE (on target earnings) opportunities tied to new revenue, especially recurring revenue (MRR) from SaaS and services.
