We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will leverage your extensive expertise to create engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that resonate with our diverse user base.
Your role will encompass a blend of UI Design, UX Design, and Product Design, allowing you to influence every aspect of the design process. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into compelling design solutions. Conduct thorough user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
Lead usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and ensure a seamless design handoff.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design quality.
Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into final designs.
5-8 years of experience in UX Design, UI Design, or Product Design.
Proficient in using Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing.
Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Sketch.
Experience in interaction design and information architecture.
Understanding of front-end development principles and constraints.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
