Refund Policy

Upfound AI is operated by ProDeo Ventures LLP. This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for our hiring platform and related services.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid access, subscriptions, job posting plans, credits, and related hiring services offered through Upfound AI, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. General Refund Position
Fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription period, job post, credit, interview workflow, or platform access has been activated or used. This is because Upfound AI provides access to software, AI-assisted workflows, and usage-based hiring services that begin delivering value immediately after activation.
3. Eligible Refund Requests
We may review refund requests for duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failed provisioning, or other billing errors. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals by contacting us or by using available account controls. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period or already-used services.
5. Contract-Specific Terms
If your company has a signed order form, invoice, or written agreement with Upfound AI, the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement will apply where they differ from this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, contact contact@upfound.ai or +91 95383 29793 with your account email, company name, invoice or payment reference, and the reason for your request. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
