I received a text about an interview
Upfound AI sends interview text messages about a job you applied to, and only to candidates who ticked the SMS opt-in box on their application. The employer is named in the message so you can tell which application it concerns; the employer does not send the message. Open the link in the message and tap Start Interview when you are ready — your phone will ring and you will speak with the AI interviewer. You are never asked to dial a number, and the call costs you nothing.
I want to stop the texts
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe. Opting out does not withdraw your application — your interview invitation and all other updates continue by email. Full detail on our SMS Consent & Messaging Policy page.
My interview link expired
Interview links are time-limited by the employer. Contact the recruiter who invited you, or email us and we will pass the request on.
I want my data corrected or deleted
Email contact@upfound.ai from the address on your application. Your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
